Users access the Document and Contract Management and Digital Signing System - eDocSign at:
https://[yourdomain]/app/eHome/home, and then log in using their personal account.
After logging in, the main interface of the system will be displayed as illustrated below.
Click the “eDocSign” icon to access the online digital document management page.
On the Home page, users will see the following sections:
- All requests
- Waiting for you to process
- Waiting for others to process
Processing status: Each status shows 5 documents by default.
Select See More to navigate to the detailed management page corresponding to each status:
- Waiting for you to process
- Waiting for others to process
- Completed
- Rejected
