Access Denied

Error Description:

When a user attempts to access a submission and encounters the "Access Denied" message (as shown in the illustration), the issue is often due to simultaneous login with two different accounts during the same session:

  • One account authenticated via OTP (One-Time Password)
  • One internal user account

This dual login can cause the system to misidentify the user's access rights, leading to a denial of access to the submission.

How to Fix the Error:

Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

Step 1: Log out of the system

  • Click on the Account menu (top-right corner of the screen).

  • Select Log out to completely end the current session.

Step 2: Close all browser windows

  • Ensure that all browser tabs and windows are closed to properly end the login session.

Step 3: Log back into the system properly

  • Reopen the signing notification email and click the link "Click here to continue" to access the submission again. Or:

  • Go to the system homepage, sign in, and choose the submission you want to sign from the list.
