Associated Projects
Associated Projects is showing statistic of task’s status in all projects that the logged-in user is working on. There are 2 sections in Associated Projects: Snapshots and Projects.
Snapshots
Showing the statistic of task of all projects. User can swipe left or right to change their Snapshots.
- Due Today: Task was due today.
- Overdue: Task was overdue.
- Start Now: Task which has start date is today.
- Done Today: Task was completed today.
The number for each cell represents how many tasks the criteria have. eTask Mobile App supports group by Priority for each snapshot.
Projects
Showing all projects that logged-in user working on.
- Work item list Display all the items which are related to the selected criteria before that. There are some properties of the work item will be shown:
- ID.
- Title.
- Assignee.
- Due date (it will hide in the Completed view or has no data).
Create Task
Creating a task quickly by clicking on button + and input information of task.
- Title.
- Source: Default according to the setting.
- Assign To.
- Other required fields if Settings (If any - Start date, Due date…) After filling in the details, the button “Create” on top-right will be enabled.
